Calling all South Carolina businesses!  Please join us, Governor Henry McMaster, Senate Majority Leader Shane Massey and others, for a press conference next Wednesday, March 5^th at 11:30am inside the South Carolina Statehouse to call for support of S.244, the comprehensive tort reform bill, also known as the SC Justice Act.

Please have as many of your member companies, their employees, and others attend as possible as we rally support for meaningful tort reform.  We must have a huge showing of the business community’s unified support as the South Carolina Senate is about to begin debate on the floor.  Ask your members to wear clothing that reflects their profession such as construction hard hats, reflective vests, scrubs, team wear, etc. (business attire not required).  We want to flood the SC Statehouse to show overwhelming support for the bill, our legislative leaders, and their willingness to fight for meaningful tort reform.
