The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) is hosting a training session covering important updates to environmental permitting requirements for Concrete Batch Plants.  This event will be held on May 5, 2026, from 1-3pm.

This training will include:

• Newly Revised Air Quality Permit requirements for Concrete Batch Plants
• Stormwater permit requirements 

The session will be offered in person (Peeples Auditorium, 2600 Bull St, Columbia) and will also be available virtually for those who prefer to attend online.
