NRMCA’s Plant Manager Certification Course – January 24-27, 2023 | CRMCA Office Register Here
NRMCA Pervious Technician Course – February 22, 2023 | CRMCA Office | Register Here
With over 90% of a producer’s expenses tied to materials management, operations, and production at the plant level, it is essential every concrete plant manager understand the essential aspects of product knowledge, safety, environmental compliance, operations as tied to profit and loss, as well as supervisory principles.  A plant manager is the heart of the ready mixed concrete production facility. Every plant has one and duties differ only slightly from plant-to-plant. This challenging, ready mixed concrete-specific course is the only one that helps them walk-their-walk.  The three-day curriculum and the two certification exams on Day 4 are designed to not only reinforce these specific skill levels, but also incorporates many job requirement skills found in specifications for Army Corps of Engineers’ projects, as well as state and local DOTs.
In this workshop, your front-line sales team learns about the contractor’s business process, measurement systems, and language. Staff learns how contractors view the entire project, as well as the role suppliers play to fulfill a contractor’s requirements. If you want your sales reps to expand their role beyond providing field support at a job placement, there is the module for them to step up their game so they can execute meaningful, respected sales strategies.
Pervious Technician Course – Feb. 22, 2023 | CRMCA Office | Register Here

NRMCA’s Effective RMC Supervisor Certification Course – Nov. 7-9, 2023 | CRMCA Office | Register Here
The Effective RMC Supervisor Course helps ready mixed concrete operations supervisors lead their staff. The challenge is a tough one because their people management tactics must align with the organization’s strategy and mission while their personal success is judged by the work of their direct reports. Without using proper communication and motivation skills/tools to successfully manage these responsibilities, many supervisors become frustrated. It typically is the highest turnover job category because it is difficult to transition from executing your job to leading others to perform theirs.  NRMCA knows a supervisor’s job is about more than just getting concrete into trucks and onto the job site. Supervisors manage a workforce, deal with customers, work with peers to build productive relationships across and outside the organization. The Effective RMC Supervisor course’s goal is to equip supervisors with these important concepts and skills.
CCSP Module IV – Professional Sales Skills Workshop – December 5 – 7th | CRMCA Office | Register Here
