Plant Safety Awards

Plant Safety Awards are presented in three categories: Gold, Silver & Bronze.  These awards provide recognition for plants that are truly perfect as well as those who compare favorably against the Incidence Frequency Rate (IFR), a standard industry safety benchmark.  The current IFR for industry is 4.10.  Online submission required and deadline to enter is October 16, 2026.  Award winners will be announced during our Fall Workshop.

Form may be submitted via the Excel Template (10+ Plants) or by using the online form below. If using the excel format, please submit via email to caroline@crmca.com by October 16th.
