Late August brought CRMCA members and industry partners together in Greenville, South Carolina, for several days focused on education, leadership development and industry connection.

The Concrete Learning Forum: Advancing Performance, Innovation & Partnerships brought together perspectives from design, production and academia. The program concluded with a roundtable focused on aligning project teams, followed by a networking reception. The Forum also offered three AIA-approved Learning Units.

CRMCA also hosted its third Emerging Leaders experience, featuring a full day of leadership training centered on communication and conflict resolution. Participants explored practical strategies for navigating challenging conversations, strengthening communication and becoming more effective leaders. Speed networking rounded out the experience, helping participants build relationships and expand their industry connections.

Together, the programs showcased CRMCA’s commitment to advancing technical knowledge, developing future leaders and strengthening collaboration across the Carolinas concrete industry.
