Over the past year, Kisia has generously shared her expertise on sustainable cement, low-carbon technologies, and emerging industry trends—bringing agencies, contractors, educators, and industry groups together to build a stronger future.

Kisia’s impact spans presentations, plant tours, panel discussions, and key collaborations from late 2024 through 2025. Her work has connected DOTs, ready-mix producers, universities, associations, women in construction groups, and national organizations around a shared goal: understanding and implementing the next generation of cement and concrete solutions.
