Policy and politics shape the future of the concrete industry across the Carolinas. In this session, participants will gain timely insights into the regional political landscape, key issues affecting construction and infrastructure, and what to expect in upcoming legislative sessions.


9:15 – 10:00 am | Panel: The Future of Cement and Cement Forecasting
The cement industry is rapidly evolving to meet shifting market demands, performance expectations, and long-term resilience goals. This panel brings together technical experts to discuss innovations in cement production, new blends and materials, and the role of forecasting in preparing for future growth.

10:00 – 10:30 am | Economic Outlook for Ready Mixed Concrete
Gain valuable insights into the economic and industry trends shaping the Carolinas. This session will provide a 5-year outlook for both states, highlighting key factors that impact growth and development. He will also share his perspective on the ready mixed concrete industry and the broader construction sector, equipping members with the information they need to plan for capital expenditures, anticipate market shifts, and make informed business decisions.

12:00 – 5:00 pm | Fall Golf Tournament
Hit the Links at the Fall Workshop Golf Tournament benefiting the CRMCA Scholarship Fund. Designed by Carolinas Golf Hall of Fame architect Tom Jackson, Olde Sycamore Golf Club meanders through tall pines and hardwood forests, offering a serene yet challenging experience.
This year’s tournament will be held Tuesday, November 18th starting at noon. The 2025 Fall Golf Tournament is currently sold out. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please contact Emily@CRMCA.com
Kick off the course with purpose: $25 from every golfer’s registration goes directly to the CRMCA Scholarship Fund. In 2025, the Scholarship Committee awarded $6,000 in scholarships to deserving students across both North and South Carolina!
