Emerging Leaders Program
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? The Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association has partnered with the Catapult Employers Association to bring you a series of experiences that will hone your leadership skills. This exciting partnership promises to empower you with valuable knowledge and skills essential for career advancement.
The CRMCA Emerging Leaders Program strengthens and positions individuals for future growth within the concrete industry. Our curated leadership development tract is designed to provide a select number of participants with valuable opportunities for professional and personal growth through education, industry engagement, and professional networking.
We are accepting applications now through January 15, 2024. The CRMCA Executive Committee will select up to twenty-five applicants to participate in the program and notify those accepted by January 31, 2024. The Candidate Application link can be found below and should be completed by the candidate. The Supporter Statement Submission should be completed by two co-workers, employees, or supervisors of the candidate stating why they believe the candidate is an ideal fit for the Emerging Leaders Program. Fees & Requirements: Tuition is $1500 per individual, and CRMCA membership in good standing is required. The investment covers all course materials, food and beverages within the events and sessions, professional speakers, tour costs, etc. The tuition does not include lodging and/or transportation to/from program sessions.
