Silvi Materials, a key Mid-Atlantic ready mixed and aggregates producer and cementitious material supplier, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all the assets and operations of North Carolina’s Eagle Rock Concrete, a premier, nine-plant operator in the Raleigh-Durham market. Upon the transaction’s scheduled September 1 closing, the business will operate as Eagle Rock Concrete, a Silvi Materials Company, and be integrated with shared HR, finance, IT, marketing and safety management service teams.
