Who is eligible to apply for the scholarship?

The CRMCA Scholarship is open to any student residing in North or South Carolina that is pursuing a career in the construction industry. This includes those attending a Trade school, Technical Program or University.

A General Scholarship is also available to students with an immediate family member that is employed by a CRMCA Member Company.

How do I apply for the scholarship?

Application is completed using our online form. There is also the option to ‘Save & Continue’ the application so you can come back and complete it at a later date.

When is the application deadline?

April 30th

Do I need to submit an essay or recommendation letters?

Two letters of recommendation are required to apply, and can be submitted at a later date. Letters of Recommendation and Transcripts can also be sent directly to the CRMCA at Emily@CRMCA.com with the Subject Line “[Student Name] Letter of Recommendation/Transcript”

Is there an application fee?

There is no application fee to apply for the CRMCA Scholarship Program

Is this a one-time award or renewable each year?

The CRMCA Scholarship is one-time award, but there is the option to reapply each year.

Will the scholarship funds be sent directly to my school or to me?

Funds are directed to the school, and would be sent directly to the Financial Aid Depart.

How many scholarships are awarded each year?

Multiple scholarships are awarded each year, and range from $500 – $1000 per recipient.

Can I use this scholarship at any institution, or is it limited to specific schools?

The CRMCA Scholarship will be awarded to students in North and South Carolina, and can be applied to Trade Schools, Technical Programs or Universities.
