We are looking forward to our 2025 Mixer Rodeo – below you will find all of the information your drivers need to have a successful Rodeo experience this year!

EVENT SCHEDULE:
Saturday – August 16th
CRMCA Mixer Rodeo
7:30am-8:00am – Driver Check in and Registration
8:00 – Driver Meeting and Course Walk-Thru
8:15 am – 12:15 pm | Competition – This years competition will include 8 station obstacle course, pre-trip, games, and a 20 question written test. Drivers will be broken into 3 groups to move through the different areas. Please note your number on your nametag to ensure you are in the obstacle course staging area at the correct time.
As a reminder, 2025 Rodeo Polo Shirts will be provided to all Drivers at check in for wearing during the event. All drivers are welcome to wear their own company hats, etc.
11:00 – 1:00 pm | Combo Meals are available at the Concession stand. Lunch Vouchers for all pre-registered attendees to cover meals will be distributed at check-in.
