The CRMCA Emerging Leaders Program is entering its third year in 2026, and with each class, the program continues to grow in both impact and engagement. Designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the concrete industry, this program brings together motivated professionals who are eager to expand their leadership skills, strengthen industry relationships, and become more involved in the association.

Since its launch, the Emerging Leaders Program has provided participants with meaningful opportunities to connect with peers from across the industry, engage directly with CRMCA leadership, and gain behind-the-scenes exposure to key industry elements. Past classes have participated in exclusive networking experiences, leadership-focused education sessions, and hands-on involvement at major CRMCA events throughout the year. These experiences are intentionally designed to help participants better understand the association, the challenges facing the industry, and the role they can play in shaping its future.

The program also emphasizes relationship-building. Participants form strong connections with fellow Emerging Leaders, creating a network that extends well beyond the program year. Many alumni continue their involvement through committees, event participation, and other leadership opportunities within the CRMCA.
