At the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure smooth operations and efficient service for all of our members, we have established a cancellation fee policy. This policy is designed to cover the costs associated with scheduling, resource allocation, and operational adjustments. We kindly ask that all cancellations be made within the specified time frame to avoid unnecessary charges.  Please review our cancellation policy below for all CRMCA events:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $25 procressing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to CRMCA.  In lieu of cancellation registration(s) may be transferred to another attendee or a credit may be applied to the member account (transfers of registration must be arranged prior to the event start date).
