Crete Solutions LLC, a privately owned ready mixed concrete supplier based in Wilmington, N.C., is proud to announce that it has acquired the assets of Capital Concrete Co., a ready mixed concrete supplier based in Lexington, S.C. Capital was started in 2006 by Rusty Shealy and has grown the business to five concrete plants with nearly 50 mixer units around the Columbia, S.C. Midlands region. Under Rusty’s leadership, Capital has developed a strong team that shares a vision of providing a quality product with superior customer service, safely and efficiently.

Crete Solutions will continue to operate as Capital Concrete in their market and keep in place the current management team. With this addition, Crete Solutions will operate concrete plants in eighteen fixed locations in the Carolinas, with portable concrete plants as well.
