At this year’s CRMCA Fall Workshop in Charlotte, NC, the CRMCA was proud to recognize member companies that continue to lead the way in creating safer, stronger, and more efficient operations across the concrete industry. The Plant Safety Awards highlight a core value of our association, protecting the well-being of the teams who keep our plants running every day.

These awards are presented in three levels, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, and are designed to celebrate plants that demonstrate exceptional safety performance. This includes both those achieving truly exemplary, incident-free operations and those whose performance compares favorably to the industry’s Incidence Frequency Rate (IFR) benchmark. The current industry IFR stands at 4.10, offering a meaningful standard for evaluating safety excellence.

Each year, members submit their plant safety data to ensure consistent reporting and help spotlight the operational practices that are making a measurable difference in safety outcomes. The dedication behind these submissions reflects a larger commitment, creating work environments where safety is not only expected but embedded in daily culture.

At the Fall Workshop, we had the privilege of announcing and applauding the plants that earned Gold, Silver, and Bronze recognition for 2025. Their achievements represent countless hours of training, leadership, communication, and accountability.
