CRMCA is proud that August is Concrete Delivery Professional Appreciation Month! We know that our members operations are only as strong as the individuals supporting them – this is why we want to take an entire month to truly show our appreciation for the Concrete Delivery Professionals that make us #StrongerTogether.
During the month we will have a theme for each week and we encourage your company to participate by following the theme at your local plants. The entire month will focus on APPRECIATION but also safety and teamwork!
Participating is easy – simply let us know your company is Committed to Celebrating and show your workers how much they’re appreciated!
WEEKLY THEMES
Week 1: Gimme A Break | Aug. 3rd – 7th
Use this week to celebrate and thank your Concrete Delivery Professionals at your plants! A special treat, lunch or beverage break makes for a great way to say Thank You! Share a team pic or “Gimme A Break” treat with hashtags #CRMCA & #StrongerTogether to be featured on CRMCA’s social media. Here’s a few ideas to help you celebrate:

Week 2: Concrete Strong | Aug. 10th – 14th
This week features our Delivery Professionals and why they love being in the ready mixed concrete industry! Simply have your drivers submit their WHY by Aug. 5th with this link and we will feature these quotes on CRMCA Social Media during the week of Aug. 10th. We will also draw a Raffle Winner for a $100 Gift Card from all submissions. If we reach 50 submissions we will draw another 3 winners for Gift Cards!
Week 3: We Built this City | Aug. 17th – 21st
You know it and so do we – Our People Build Our Cities with Our Concrete. This week has a lot going on, so be sure to plan ahead! We want to see your #WeBuiltThisCity Job Photos – have a project to highlight? Something your team is proud of? Submit your photo via this link to be featured in our #WeBuiltThisCity montage and to be entered to win lunch at your Plant Location. Submissions must be received by Aug. 12th. Also this week, we will be running a Kids Coloring Contest this week. Simply download the coloring sheet of your choice and submit it back to us by Aug. 12th! All submissions will be entered to win a prize!
Week 4: Safer Together | Aug. 24th – 28th
We all know how important Safety is to our employees, customers, companies and more – this week will highlight Safety in Action and all the ways our employees and companies are #SaferTogether. Help us recognize all of our Carolinas employees and promote #SaferTogether this week with the following:
