The second cohort of Emerging Leaders with the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) recently completed another valuable step in their professional development journey. This session focused on Human Resources in the Workplace, providing participants with critical insights into effective people management, compliance, team dynamics, and communication strategies. Through interactive training sessions and real-world case studies, the group explored the evolving role of HR in fostering a healthy, productive, and legally compliant work environment. In addition to the HR training, the cohort had the unique opportunity to go behind the scenes at Carolina Sunrock’s quarry operations.
