The second Emerging Leaders experience created an atmosphere of collaboration and personal growth as attendees explored what it means to lead with purpose and integrity. The trip began with engaging facility tours hosted by TLG Peterbilt and Amrize, where participants gained valuable insight into operations, equipment innovation, and the partnerships that help keep the concrete industry moving forward. The tour offered members a firsthand look at the people, technology, and teamwork that support daily success across industry supply chains.

Following the tour, attendees enjoyed an unforgettable Osprey Boat Tour through the scenic coastal waterways, along with a traditional Lowcountry boil that encouraged authentic connection and camaraderie among producers, suppliers, and industry partners. Professional development sessions on HR Law and defining leadership values challenged participants to think intentionally about how they lead teams, support people, and shape company culture.

Thursday delivered valuable technical education focused on advanced SCMs and emerging admixture technologies, giving producers practical insight into the innovations helping drive the future of concrete performance and durability.
