Caroline Sutton and Jessica Wilson recently attended the NRMCA Spring Semester in Ft. Lauderdale, an exceptional week of education and professional development. Hosted by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, the event offered a range of leadership and industry-focused courses aimed at advancing knowledge and strengthening management skills within the concrete industry.
Jessica Wilson participated in the Think Like An Owner course, led by Mr. Bob Capasso, CPA, CMA, which provided valuable insights into financial leadership and strategic thinking. Caroline Sutton took part in the Supervisor Course, taught by Delta Mitchum, SPHR, and Jeannette Munroe, MA, gaining essential tools for effective team management and operational excellence.
Thanks to the high-caliber instruction and immersive learning environment, both Mrs. Sutton and Ms. Wilson successfully completed their training and are now officially NRMCA Adjunct Faculty—a significant milestone in their professional journeys.
A heartfelt thank you to Jeanette Monroe, Deb Malone, and the entire NRMCA team for organizing this enriching experience. Their dedication to providing top-tier training and fostering leadership development within the industry is truly appreciated.
