It is time once again to begin the process of putting together our 2010 Membership Directory and Buyer’s Guide. In an ongoing effort to improve upon our directory as well as reduce printing costs we are changing the format. Download/Print the instructions/letter below that was sent to our members and the necessary forms that can be filled out in Microsoft Word.
ACI Certification / NRMCA Pervious Certification Courses
ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification and NRMCA Pervious Certification Courses are being offered in Raleigh and Charlotte throughout 2010. See our "Upcoming Events" for more information/registration. Discounts are given for taking both courses.
ACI FLATWORK FINISHER/TECHNICIAN NRMCA Level 2 Concrete Technologist Certification ProgramApril 27, 2010 - 8:00am CRMCA Office - Charlotte, NC The NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 2 is based on the popular NRMCA Technical Short Course. The program has been modularized to be conducted at a regional level by interested sponsoring groups and companies. Course content includes fundamentals of concrete and its ingredient materials, ACI and ASTM standards and basic principles for concrete, aggregates tests, and calculations leading to mixture proportioning and batch adjustments. One year experience in the concrete industry is recommended but not required. CRMCA 3rd Annual Mixer Driver ChampionshipApril 24, 2010 - 7:00am TBD - Charlotte, NC The 3rd Annual CRMCA Mixer Driver Championship is scheduled for April 23-24, 2010. Registration Deadline Extended. The Competition is sponsored by the Carolinas Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s Fleet Maintenance Committee. The contest format and rules are the same as that used at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s National Mixer Driver Championship. NCDOT Concrete Batch Tech Certification

2010 CRMCA Committee Meeting Dates
Meeting dates are posted for all CRMCA Committees. Everyone is welcome to attend. Meeting times are 10am at the CRMCA headquarters in Charlotte unless otherwise stated.
Contact Your Legislator CEC Meetings in your area!The Concrete Education Council (CEC) holds monthly meetings across the Carolinas. Meeting times are 11:30AM and everyone is invited. Please note : All are lunch meetings with the exception of the Metrolina (Charlotte) chapter. Lunch meetings have meals at 11:30am and the CEC meeting starts promptly at noon, so please arrive early if you plan to eat.
