CRMCA Welcomes New Hire
Jessica Palmer, Director of Business Development & Education
We are pleased to announce the newest addition to the CRMCA team, Jessica Palmer, our Director of Business Development & Education. As CRMCA focuses on growing its education and promotion efforts we are excited to announce this new hire and look forward to working with all members as we enhance and grow our current offerings while bringing new initiatives to the membership.
Palmer received her Bachelors of Science from Middle Tennessee State University’s Concrete Industry Management Program in 2005. She has worked in a variety of marketing, sales, and recruitment positions within the home-building and concrete industries and is recently to return to the concrete industry from the nursing field.
“The diversification of my degrees and the experiences acquired both academically and professionally have prepared me for an opportunity like this,” says Palmer. “The past years have involved a great deal of independent research, initiative, and a varied skill-set that have continuously built upon each prior experience. During my time in the industry, I completed ACI Level II certification along with receiving the CCPf professional designation for sales and marketing.”
Palmer has been noted for having a true passion for building relationships and collaborating with her clients to uncover their needs and being the liaison in helping them in taking the necessary steps to achieve success in meeting and surpassing their goals. We are confident that she will bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the industry that will be catalysts for positive changes for our membership and the concrete industry.
“Jessica’s energy, enthusiasm and drive to connect members and the specifier community with solutions and resources through promotion and education will benefit the entire association and industry. We are thrilled to have her join the team and know she will play an integral role in taking CRMCA to the next level,” says Caroline Sutton, CRMCA Executive Vice President.
As we redevelop and grow our programs we need your feedback and insight.
